In Person Session

An In-Person Training session is fully tailored to your individual athletic needs. Prior to training, we’ll identify the key qualities we want to target through a brief consultation. Then you will be provided a weekly program (workout plan) constructed based on your physical goals and previous knowledge. This package also includes an in-person workout once through the week.

Depending on your goals, the session may follow a traditional resistance training format—focusing on power, strength, or hypertrophy—or a field-based session emphasizing speed, agility, or change of direction.

We’ll begin with a programmed warm-up designed to raise core temperature and elevate heart rate. This transitions into an activation phase, where we perform movements that directly relate to the upcoming workout. Proper mobility work will also be incorporated to ensure the working muscles move through an optimal range of motion (ROM)—enhancing performance and reducing injury risk.

The warm-up concludes with a potentiation phase, where we gradually increase intensity to prime the body for peak performance.

During the main workout, expect technical feedback, coaching cues, and mental insights—all aimed at helping you not only maximize the current session but also improve the quality and efficiency of future training.

The Ideal Client

It takes a driven, detail-oriented person to sign up for this package.

The ideal client for this in-person training session is someone who values structure, precision, and purpose in their workouts. They aren’t looking for random exercises—they want a scientifically programmed approach that targets their specific athletic qualities and performance goals.

They may be:

  • An athlete looking to refine their power, strength, or speed.

  • A dedicated gym-goer ready to optimize technique and movement efficiency.

  • Someone recovering from inconsistent training and wanting to rebuild a solid foundation.

  • Or simply an individual who wants to train intelligently, understanding the why behind every movement.

This client appreciates detailed coaching, enjoys learning the biomechanics of movement, and thrives when challenged both physically and mentally. They understand that performance isn’t just about exertion—it’s about progression, adaptation, and mastery over time.
